Whoever wants to ask for the flag will receive it by ordinary post. It can be kept for 3 days and then it must be sent to the following owner.
This flag, travelling hand by hand, will bring with itself the hope and the trust in the future of the people who displays it and it will load itself by this power.
As a symbol, the flag belongs to everyone.
Just like a poster on the side of a bus, or a brand on a cap, or a spam mail, it takes a message: the change is showing itself, the future is coming.
